Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of making a booking.

• Please Note: 2 night minimum stay
• Prices quoted are for the agreed number of guests at time of booking only. Extra guests must be approved in advance and will be charged at the applicable rate.
• Discounts for longer stays –conditions apply
• Long Weekends & School Holidays – conditions apply Payment in full is required at least 14 days prior to your arranged arrival date.
• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to planned arrival date receive a full refund of any deposit &payment.
• Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to planned arrival date forfeit any deposit paid.
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to planned arrival date forfeit all money paid.
• Arrival is from 2pm, Departure by 10.00am (or by special arrangement). Travel insurance is recommended.
• 2 Night Package includes: Provisions for Gourmet Country Breakfast, Bottle of SA wine, Haighs Chocolates
